Exceptional Rönisch grand piano, model 265 after a complete restoration. The instrument of concert series with grandiose sound was made in 1896. A new finish, new dampers, hammers, new strings and tuning pins, ivory key top, new key bushing, etc. With a 2-year guarantee. Written contracts. The history of this instrument is unique, as well as the instrument
itself. The piano was moved from Germany to the family of Bolivian President
Mariano Baptista, who was President between 1892-1896.
From here the piano went to the local university. Unfortunately here it was
severely damaged. It was bought from the university and our company was contacted
through the Internet to provide repairs after an unsuccessful attempt to repair
it by another local company. The instrument was brought to our work-shops in
2007, where it has been completely restored.
